Here you can download the comparative report on whistleblower protection in the seven countries of the Woodie project.
The analysis mainly aims at comparing national legal frameworks, also taking into account the recent approval of the EU Directive on whistleblowers protection. Several tables highlight and compare the existing national provisions that already comply with the requirements of the Directive and the efforts that countries still have to make to implement it.
The last part of the report concerns the implementation of national regulations at public administration level, based on desk research and interviews carried out by the partners of the project.
In the Annex there is a summary table on legal provisions, where you can find more information on the topics covered in the report.
