On 3 and 4 November 2020 IMODEV (Institut du Monde et du Développement pour la Bonne Gouvernance Publique) organize the 5th Academic Days on Open Government and Digital Challenges. At this international conference our partner Koumpli Christina (Université d’Avignon, France) presented a scientific work related to the WOODIe project and focused on both whistleblowers and open data. The title of the speech was “La transparence opaque: protection des lanceurs d’alerte dans le cadre de l’open data de la commande publique“.
