On 3 and 4 November 2020 IMODEV (Institut du Monde et du Développement pour la Bonne Gouvernance Publique) organize the 5th Academic Days on Open Government and Digital Challenges [1]. At this international conference our partner Koumpli Christina (Université d’Avignon, France) presented a scientific work related to the WOODIe project and focused on both whistleblowers and open data. The title of the speech was “La transparence opaque: protection des lanceurs d’alerte dans le cadre de l’open data de la commande publique“.
