Degree in Political Science at the University of Turin (Italy), post-lauream course on management of European projects. Over 15 years of work in the implementation and monitoring of projects funded by the European, regional and sub-regional funds. Main areas of interest: urban security projects, youth empowerment, promotion of legality, transparency and anticorruption, neighbourhood and social regeneration. Currently responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of Amapola’s projects and works. Member of the Italian Evaluation Association.

Graduated in sociology at the University of Urbino (Italy), freelance evaluator since 1992. After some years of work as a professional evaluator for the European Union in youth programmes, she specialized in public policies evaluation at European and national level. Her interest mainly focuses on social public policy, programmes, projects. As professional evaluator she has worked with international organizations, regional institutions, universities, banking foundations, non-profit organizations. She is also involved in training activities on issues related to evaluation, project implementation and monitoring. Member of the Managing Board of the Italian Evaluation Association.


 

 

Giovanna Spolti

Degree in Political Science with specialisation in socio-economic planning at the University of Milan, Italy. Her research focus includes statistical data analysis and processing, qualitative and quantitative surveys, feasibility studies, monitoring and evaluation of social policy and projects. For the last 15 years she has been working as data analysist and quantitative social researcher for public and private sectors company, no-profit organizations, research centres and universities. Sound experience on research on corruption from two European projects (Warning on Crime, SOESC-State-owned Enterprises Preventing Corruption and state Capture).
